Do you often dream of fleeing your busy routine for a luxurious stay in an extravagant hotel? Instead of a short getaway, a lucky few will soon have the chance to add hotel amenities to their everyday lives. Four Seasons just announced the launch of its premier residences, which will be located in London's Mayfair neighborhood. Town & Country reports that the starting price for these opulent apartments is a whopping £17.5M (that's just about $23.7M here in the states). Those who can afford one of the 37 units offering permanent vacation-like housing can expect in-residence dining, concierge services, housekeeping, event planning, childcare, a cinema, wine cellar, and private gardens.
Basically, they will have access to anything a guest would at a Four Seasons hotel. The project is set to be located at Twenty Grosvenor Square and will offer three-, four-, and five-bedroom apartments. All will have access to a salon, spa, steam room, sauna, fitness center, and—wait for it—a chauffeured Bentley and a Sotheby's art expert for any art collecting consultations one might need. Of course, each room has been beautifully designed by Finchatton, a London-based firm, so you can expect that the interiors have been expertly put together to create the home of your dreams.
