Frances Bean Cobain is selling her four-bedroom, four-bathroom Hollywood home for $2.65 million, Trulia reports. The 25-year-old daughter of late Nirvana frontman Kurt Cobain and Hole singer Courtney Love has lived in the home since 2011, when she bought the Spanish-style property for $1.825 million at just 18 years old.
Built in 1930 by famous architect Carl Jules Whyl, the home features elegant period details such as wrought iron, stained glass, opulent light fixtures, hardwood floors, period tiling, stenciled beams, and a large fireplace that anchors the living room. The more modern features include a spacious kitchen equipped with Viking appliances, a walk-in pantry, and a farmhouse-style sink.
Cobain's luxurious master bedroom features a dressing area, spacious closets, en suite bathroom, and balcony overlooking the backyard. Though Frances Bean is mainly a drawer and painter, she has shared a few clips of her singing online and had the detached garage converted into a recording studio and screening room.
