Grey's Anatomy actor Giacomo Gianniotti just bought a seriously modern home in Sherman Oaks, California, for just shy of $1.1 million, according to Variety. Although Gianniotti is a relatively new addition to the long-running Shonda Rhimes series that started way back in 2005, his new digs seem to suggest he's here to stay.
Built in the late 1940s, the bungalow-style home looks brand-new thanks to its open floor plan, bright white walls, oak hardwood floors, and contemporary style. Spanning 2040 square feet, the property includes three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a spacious guest house situated in the backyard.
A modern living room greets visitors and leads into an equally sleek kitchen with white cabinetry, quartz countertops, and stainless steel appliances. The master bedroom is fitted with a low-sitting bed and darker hardwood flooring while, outside, a guest house sits near a green lawn, offering additional living spaces and a wet bar.
