We were giddy to discover Italian fashion designer Giambattista Valli's intriguing Paris apartment in the May 2014 pages of
Vogue, and the excitement simply grew with a look at each image. The designer has taken a liking to one of our favorites -- modernist lighting by French lighting Serge Mouille -- which is mixed in with gilded antiques, a Moroccan Beni Ourain rug, a Chinese daybed, layers of artwork, and acres of books. In essence, it's a well-collected home with elegant bones and the beautiful mess of a true art and literature lover. What a dream.
