Gigi Hadid may have celebrated her 23rd birthday in a gold Versace minidress among throngs of her model friends, but what she really wanted at the end of the night wasn't gifts or birthday cake, it was cacio e pepe courtesy of Queer Eye's Antoni Porowski.

While fellow Queer Eye stars Jonathan Van Ness and Tan France made it to the lavish Brooklyn affair, it was Porowski's pasta dish that seems to have stolen the spotlight. Porowski recently took to Instagram to share yet another drool-worthy dish to his delicious social media feed. This time, it was an image and recipe for a traditional cacio e pepe. The post garnered the usual outpouring of love and support that the reality TV star's photos tend to receive, but this pasta dish won some extra special love from the birthday girl, Hadid, herself. She commented: "Ok bday pasta ! hear you!"

After seeing the yummy photo, it's clear why Hadid was craving a big bowl of birthday pasta. According to Porowski, the beautiful dish is actually pretty simple to prepare, so long as you use the proper techniques. Luckily, he breaks down exactly how to make the Italian creation in his caption. Here's how to do it:

1. Boil a pot of salted water.
2. Add pasta.
3. Before the pasta is cooked all the way, throw it in a hot nonstick pan along with one or two cups of pasta water.
4. Add freshly grated Pecorino Romano and ground pepper.
5. Stir until the cheese has melted to perfection.
