Marinade for 4 chicken breasts: 2 tablespoon smoked paprika 1 tablespoon garlic powder 1 tablespoon onion powder 2 teaspoon cayenne ¼ cup lemon juice ½ cup olive oil Orange honey: 2 oranges juiced ½ cup honey combine and bring to a boil. Once it comes to boil, turn off and set aside. Spring onion crème fraîche: 1 bunch scallions finely chopped 8oz of crème fraîche * mix together and let sit for 30 minutes to combine Directions: Marinate chicken breasts (bone in) at least 4 hours or overnight in marinade.
