When we think of beachy style, we think of sailor-inspired hues of white and blue with coastal-themed decorative objects. But this can tend to err on the side of kitschy, and we're in the business of chic at MyDomaine HQ. So you can imagine our glee when we came across this sophisticated beach house in The Hamptons. It's laid-back, luxe, sleek, and glam, with nary a seashell in sight. Designer Jen Going transformed the 1980s contemporary space into a warm, modernist summer retreat where her New York clients can entertain their friends. "We wanted to keep it very casual and comfortable, but still have that level of elegance," Going told Lonny. "The homeowners are art collectors. They’re huge music fans. They’re just very cool." This home has style in spades.
