Hannah Bronfman and husband Brendan Fallis have made a name for themselves in New York as DJs and entrepreneurs. Their most recent project was the total renovation of an East Village triplex. The couple worked with architect Jeffrey White of EAU to completely redesign the 1200-square-foot one-bedroom, two-bath apartment, StreetEasy reports. With 18-foot ceilings, three floors, and sunlight from southern exposure, they had plenty to work with, and after seeing the finished space, you'd never guess the apartment sits on a property built in 1900. The living room now houses floor-to-ceiling French doors, the modern kitchen is virtually unrecognizable from the original dated space, and the lofted bedroom now has a stunning view of the remodeled terrace. This major renovation is proof that any space can be redesigned with an entirely new vision. "Remain open-minded to what the space could be, not just what it is," says White. Take a look at the before-and-after photos of this project below.
