Harry Styles of One Direction has officially sold his stunning Beverly Crest post-and-beam estate for a reported $3.175 million, according to the Los Angeles Times. After just two years of owning the bungalow-style bachelor pad designed by Alejandro Ortiz, Styles decided to go in a different direction, losing roughly $1 million in the off-market deal.
The five-bedroom, four-bathroom home sits on a spacious 3000 square feet and features a detached guesthouse, a full outdoor saltwater pool, and a sunken courtyard that connects the separate housing compartments.
The floor-to-ceiling windows, beamed ceilings, and a tree-flanked wooden bridge give the home a distinct free-spirited vibe not unlike the crooner's personal style. A fireplace, wet bar, and indoor gym top off the treehouse-inspired home.
