Actress, cookbook author, and host of Cooking Channel’s top-rated Real Girl’s Kitchen, Haylie Duff is in the midst of one very delicious summer, cooking up dishes like watermelon pico de gallo, truffle deviled eggs, and heirloom caprese. Hungry yet? Naturally, we were thrilled when Duff offered us a recipe for her avocado, prosciutto, and radish tartine, a dish that’s just as well served at breakfast or lunch as it is as an appetizer for a yummy summer dinner. “This is a very special recipe to me because it is one my mom and I came up with," she tells us. "We were having the perfect beach day and stopped by the market, picked up some fun ingredients, and created this delicious snack. It’s the perfect recipe for two or entertaining a big party!" Better yet, it’s healthy and easy to make.
