Below are three Starbucks drinks to warm up with this fall—without compromising your healthy eating habits.

1. Tall caffè latte with almond milk: Get your caffeine fix with this coffee standard. Coming in at 50 calories for iced and 80 calories for hot, this drink provides 25% to 35% of your daily calcium needs.

2. Hot cocoa with coconut milk: Chocolate lovers, rejoice! Hot cocoa sans whipped cream makes the list for the healthiest Starbucks drinks. A tall hot cocoa contains 210 calories, 25% calcium, 20% iron, and 10% of the vitamin A needed to satisfy your daily nutritional needs. The catch? The 28 grams of sugar that accompany it.

3. Short steamed apple juice: If you absolutely must have some supercharged seasonal flavor, opt for a steamed apple juice in the smallest size (tall). Add sprinkles of cinnamon and nutmeg on top to really get into the spirit of fall. This decadent, delicious drink comes in at just 120 calories.
