Heidi Klum Just Bought a Huge Artist's Studio in SoHo—Look Inside

Heidi Klum is no stranger to home renovations. The 44-year-old model, mom, and business mogul doubled the value of her "fixer-upper" Los Angeles home in 2014, and now she's set her sights on an expansive loft in New York City's SoHo neighborhood. Klum purchased the former artist's loft for $5.1 million, Variety reports, but she'll need to invest a lot more to make the property a dream home. Marketed as needing a "total renovation," the expansive penthouse is a bare-bones property with hardwood floors, support columns, and few walls to subdivide the space.

The sheer size of the new home is enough to warrant the price tag. Spanning 4772 square feet, the loft certainly has no shortage of space. The listing also includes the right to add 120 feet of skylights, plus private use of the roof deck with incredible views of the Manhattan skyline, Street Easy points out. Given it's little more than a blank canvas, Compass created virtual renderings to show buyers what their home could look like with a little décor vision. Take a look inside Klum's new SoHo loft and see how she might choose to decorate the space.
