Hollywood actresses are supposed to be fearless, beautiful, and brave, but it turns out there's much more to these women than meets the eye. In an Entertainment Weekly roundtable discussion, Reese Witherspoon, Kerry Washington, Eva Longoria, and Elizabeth Banks open up about the biggest challenges women face and why it should be okay to fail. "It’s this idea you have to be twice as good to get half of what they have," says Washington of the gender divide. "Until girls don’t have that feeling, we will not have done our jobs. That’s almost the point: to not feel the pressure to be extraordinary," she says. Witherspoon adds that we shouldn't let this pressure fill us with fear. "We should be allowed to fail," she says, sparking the group to open up about the biggest challenges they face as working women. Take a look at this sneak peek of their candid discussion.
