Why is it important to have a healthy gut? Well new research from neurobiologists at Oxford University have linked gut bacteria to anxiety and depression. In short, if your gut is healthy, so is your brain, not to mention the boost of vitamins, minerals, and fiber you get from the traditional sour cabbage dish.
