Just when we thought we'd reached the limit of IKEA products we can fit in our homes, the Swedish giant announced the release of a new line—and yes, we want everything.
Dropping in February, PS 2017 marks the ninth installment of the popular annual PS line and features the theme "live it." With that in mind, 17 designers around the world were tasked with creating innovative products under the mantra "Skip convention. Choose freedom."
The line is designed for "free-thinkers who refuse a work-eat-sleep-repeat life. Because who better to appreciate a folding sofa that can hang on a wall, or a pillow that becomes a quilt, or a self-watering pot that helps keep unattended plants alive for two weeks?" the brand says.
Highlights include a durable gray corner chair that makes the perfect reading nook, a genius floor lamp that gives any loft instant cool vibes, and a wooden stool that we're sure will be at the heart of all the best IKEA hacks this year.
