Jeff Lewis' most recent "flip"—a graphic-pattern-packed Tudor-style home in Hollywood—has just sold for $2.895 in an off-market deal. Known on Lewis' Bravo show Flipping Out as "Gramercy," the gated home which was built in 1937 by architect Wallace Neff, boasts three bedrooms, three and a half baths, a bar, boutique-style master closet, luxury master bath including double steam shower, pool, and outdoor kitchen.
Lewis purchased the home four years ago for $1.625 million, and spent two years renovating and redecorating the space. The resulting design features Lewis' signature combination of retro-details, contemporary lines, and classic finishes. Keep scrolling for the full tour!
Boni Bryant and Joe Reichling of Sotheby’s International Realty and Caroline Berkman Lewis at Partners Trust were the home's listing agents. Bryant and Reichling also represented the buyer in the transaction.
