After dropping $22 million on the space back in 2014, it appears that Jennifer Lopez is parting ways with her luxury penthouse apartment in New York City's Flatiron district. The singer, actress, and TV host recently sold the penthouse for $27 million, Trulia reports. Despite Lopez's recent decision, the four-bedroom, six-bathroom home, which neighbors Chelsea Clinton's place, is where you'd expect the multitalented New York native to live.
The penthouse is just one of four residences in the entire Georgian-style Whitman building, which was originally built back in 1924. All four homes boast direct views of Madison Square Park, in addition to high ceilings and a full-service doorman. Lopez's former residence is what Trulia calls the "crown jewel" of the building, with over 6250 square feet of interior space and 3000 square feet of private outdoor space spanning two levels. Arclinea custom kitchen cabinets, Miele and Sub-Zero appliances, wide-plank rift oak floors, Italian marble slab bathrooms, and a Crestron smart-home system round out the space.
