After lowering the price of their New York City penthouse apartment four times in the last year, Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel finally sold the property for $6.35 million, according to The Daily Mail. They first purchased the lavish home in 2010 for $6.57 million and had originally hoped to sell it for $7.995 million. Hollywood power couple Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel have been trying to sell their SoHo penthouse apartment since March of this year. The property was originally listed for $7.995 million, but the duo recently lowered the price to the slightly more affordable $6.75 million, realtor.com reports. After purchasing a TriBeCa duplex last summer for a casual $20.2 million, it seems as though Timberlake and Biel have already moved on from their former apartment.
The pair's former penthouse property is a three-bedroom, three-bathroom apartment with stunning interiors and sweeping views of the city. With wide oak floorboards, tall ceilings, and floor-to-ceiling windows, the New York City pad is wonderfully spacious and full of light.
A master suite with wall-to-wall windows offers a panoramic view of the city, and the master bathroom is the stuff of dreams. A contemporary tub sits upon a marble pedestal beneath a light pendant while a window presents a dreamy view of the cityscape below.
In addition to its modern living spaces, kitchen, and bedrooms, the home features a private terrace that wraps around three sides of the apartment. Although it's a narrow balcony, it still offers a perfect spot for sipping a cocktail at sunset and taking in the surrounding views. Step inside the chic penthouse below.
