The Kardashian-Jenner family isn't one to shy away from lavish real estate purchases. Take Kim and Kanye West's $18 million former Bel Air mansion, the $6 million Hidden Hills abode Kylie used to call home, and Kendall's $8.5 million Beverly Hills estate, for example.

As if owning several multimillion-dollar homes each wasn't enough, here's yet another jewel in the crown of this famous family's string of big-budget finds: A sprawling, $12 million home purchased by momager Kris Jenner in La Quinta, California, a small city located within the Coachella Valley.

Built in 2016, the seven-bedroom, 10-bathroom (yes, you read that right) ultra-modern mansion measures a whopping 14,500 square feet inside and has 11,000 square feet of livable outdoor space. (Its wide-open floorplan only highlights its incredible size.) Along with an extravagant, contemporary interior, the home also features a stunning backyard with an expansive pool and unobstructed views of the golf course that sits just a stone's throw from the pool. There's also several large fire pits and plenty of outdoor seating, making it the perfect meetup spot for the family during the town's annual Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival. Take a look inside Jenner's truly over-the-top vacation home.

The single-story home sits on one acre inside the Madison Club, a super-posh golf resort, and features a long, stepped walkway leading up to the home's grand entrance.

Because the home is located within the secluded confines of the golf course, it's far away from the prying eyes of the paparazzi—but the family can still take in those breathtaking mountain views from their open-concept living area. Mom Kris may want to rethink the lighting plan, however. (Hello, Swiss-cheese ceiling.)

Outdoor Living Spaces Abound

A roofed overhang extends the family's livable space and blocks that hot desert sun, providing an outdoor living space with a view to the pool and plenty of room for those blockbuster parties Kris is famous for throwing.

Naturally, the 100-foot swimming pool features an infinity edge that must be gorgeous when it reflects those desert sunsets. And if Kris wasn't sure if she was fond of golfing before, she's now all-in based on her home's proximity to the Tom Fazio-designed course.

Intimate Areas

Despite the estate's massive size, there are still plenty of opportunities for the whole Kardashian clan to curl up and get real about their latest romances, business ventures, and random issues they have with one another.

Fire Features

Multiple fireplaces (four total) and oversized, gas-powered fire tables like this one are peppered throughout the property—offering no shortage of places to warm up on those notoriously chilly Palm Springs nights.

Serenity Now

Two Feng Shui-approved walls of cascading water frame the home's dueling fire tables, providing what we can only imagine as calming, wealth- and prosperity-activating sounds. (We just pray they're not positioned on the home's south side.)

The Whole Enchilada

A view from the golf course, past the swimming pool, through to the inside of the home illustrates just how massive—and luxurious—this home really is. Its midcentury-style construction, as well as its connection to the surrounding terrain, gives Jenner's estate an amazing sense of place.
