Photographer Justin Coit and Clique Brands CEO Katherine Power have officially listed their newly redesigned Spanish-Colonial home for $8.5 million.
After purchasing the period home back in 2015, the couple set out to curate their dream space with the help of Jake Arnold of 4C Design Group. The three connected over the shared goal of giving the home "more of a European feel," Power told Architectural Digest this past June.
"Our overall goal was to take this home from the typical L.A.-Spanish feel to something along the lines of a sophisticated home in Montecito,” added Coit. “We wanted the home to feel airy and connect more with the front and backyard."
The resulting space is a seamless fusion of European charm and California cool, marked by details like French doors, ebonized bookcases, and a serene, neutral color palette.
True to form, the stylish couple filled the space with hand-selected European antiques sourced from fashionable L.A. galleries like JF Chen, Galerie Half, and Lief, while Power's own collection of antique rugs from Lawrence of La Brea adorn the wide-plank French oak floors.
