Here at MyDomaine, we’re constantly researching the latest and greatest in home décor, furniture, linens, and more—and we have the open browser tabs to prove it. This week, we asked our Associate Commerce Editor Jamie Weissman to share which essentials she's eyeing for the summer. From oversized towels to lightweight beach chairs, these are the items she's adding to her beach bag.

I have a love/hate relationship with beach chairs—I love to have one at the beach but I hate carrying it to and from the sand. Luckily, this pink find is under three pounds and has an adjustable carry strap, so it shouldn't be too much of a hassle.

Kassatex Amalfi Beach Towel

I've been searching for a beach towel that's the perfect balance of oversized, soft, and thick, and Kassatex's Amalfi Beach Towel checks all the boxes. The Turkish cotton towel is 70 x 40 inches and features a minimal border design throughout that elevates the look. I'm leaning towards the light blue hue, but the yellow shade is a cheery addition to any beach set up as well.

Business & Pleasure Co. Holiday Beach Umbrella

I like the option of switching between sun and shade, so a good umbrella is a must-have. This vintage-inspired Business & Pleasure style is lightweight and has an adjustable pole hinge for prime coverage. Plus, I'm loving the fringed detail that can make a day at my local beach feel like a chic getaway.

Simple Modern 17oz Bolt Sports Water Bottle

I'm guilty of not drinking enough water, so having a full bottle with me makes it a lot easier to stay hydrated. I've had this water bottle for years and always grab it before I head out for the day. It keeps water cold for hours and is fairly lightweight, so it won't make your beach bag too heavy when it's full.

Business & Pleasure Co. Premium Cooler Bag

A cooler is non-negotiable—I mean, is a beach day really complete without snacks? I'm eyeing this option from Business & Pleasure Co. for the summer. The insulated bag is spacious and even has both handles and straps, so it's easy to carry even if my hands are full. It's offered in a few patterns, but I'm loving the colorblocked look.

HAY Crinkle Stripe Throw

Throw Blanket

One of my favorite summer activities is bringing dinner to the beach and relaxing on the sand well after sundown. It definitely gets chilly on the water though, so I'm on the hunt for a blanket to bring with me. I'm loving the look of this striped throw—it's made of lightweight cotton, so I'll be cozy but not too warm on a summer night.
