Want to live like you're in the Rolling Stones? It will only cost you a cool $12.23 million. At least that's what the band's famed guitarist recently listed his sprawling two-story New York City digs for, according to StreetEasy.
After only two years, Richards and his wife, Patti Hansen, are parting ways with the property nestled in the heart of Greenwich Village; the couple purchased it for $10.5 million back in 2014. The duplex, located at 1 Fifth Avenue, formerly a luxury hotel dating back to 1929, was remodeled by architect Joe Serrins in 2011. It's rather spacious, taking up three combined units on the 18th and 19th floors, and consisting of four large bedrooms, four bathrooms, and plenty of coveted outdoor space (for a NYC apartment); it's flanked by three terraces. The couple also own a home not far from the city in Weston, Connecticut. Check out a few more images of their New York City pad below. For more pictures, visit StreetEasy.
