It'd be remiss to gloss over the role of genetics in shaping Kendall Jenner's enviable figure, but the model certainly spends time at the gym sculpting her frame (especially ahead of fashion week). But, always the down-to-earth and relatable sister, Jenner admits she actually squeezes in a few ab exercises mid–Netflix binge, as reported by Harper's Bazaar.
"My abs are my favorite thing to work out. I love it when my trainer, Gunnar Peterson, kills my abs," she shared on her exclusive app. "The next day, it hurts to even laugh. That's how I know I'm doing the exercises right!" Outside of the gym, Jenner takes a page out of sister Kourtney's book and works a few exercises right into her daily routine.
"Sometimes when I'm watching TV, I think to myself, 'I should be doing crunches and sit-ups right now.' Then I get off the couch and do it," she dishes. While she reportedly uses the app Instant Abs Trainer to inspire these spontaneous ab workouts, the model also shared her 11-minute at-home ab workout routine this past March. Between genetics, her personal trainer, and personal motivation, it's no wonder the model has walked the runway for Chanel, Fendi, Givenchy, Balmain, and more.
