Kourtney Kardashian Makes This 4-Ingredient Smoothie Every Morning

Kourtney Kardashian has gained a reputation as being the most health-conscious one of her three famous sisters. The mother of three openly displays her strict commitment to healthy eating and fitness on the family's reality show, in addition to her exclusive website and various social media channels.

While ex-boyfriend Scott Disick would most likely say that she takes things a little too far (as displayed in the most recent episode of Keeping Up With the Kardashians), we commend her for setting a healthy example for Mason, Penelope, and Reign. In a recent interview with Cosmopolitan, Kardashian revealed just how seriously she commits to the gluten-free, dairy-free lifestyle, even sharing her go-to four-ingredient morning smoothie with Cosmo readers: avocado, banana, spinach, and almond milk. 

When it comes to her kids, she admits that she does "make exceptions once in awhile. I want [the kids] to make their own decisions [about food]. But if we're at Disneyland, we're definitely gonna eat churros. You have to live a little bit."
