Reality TV star Kristin Cavallari—known for her stints on Laguna Beach, The Hills, and now her own E! show Very Cavallari—and husband Jay Cutler listed their Nashville estate for $7.9 million, reports, which was then dropped to $5.75 million in 2019 and $4.95 million in 2020. While the home was featured in season one of Very Cavallari, the couple seemed ready for a change.

The sprawling estate contains 25 rooms, including seven bedrooms, seven full baths, three half baths, two kitchens, two dining rooms, a library, multiple living rooms, and a fully finished basement. It's a Mediterranean-style villa that sits on 8.56 acres of land and is tucked away in lush surroundings.

Inside, some spaces boast contemporary art and sleek furniture, while others feature exposed wood beams and stone elements, combining southern charm and sophistication. Outside on the patio, you're transported to the Mediterranean as stone walls and sheer drapes provide the perfect setting for a day in the sun or a dinner served alfresco. Take a look at the sprawling estate below.

Primary Bedroom

The term “Primary Bedroom” is now widely used to describe the largest bedroom in the home, as it better reflects the space’s purpose. Many realtors, architects, interior designers, and the Real Estate Standards Association have recognized the potentially discriminatory connotations in the term “Master.” Read more about our Diversity and Inclusion Pledge.

Master Bathroom

This bathroom is more like an at-home spa.
