Kylie Jenner is quickly becoming one of the biggest real estate movers and shakers in Calabasas, California. At just 18 years old, the reality television mogul has already purchased her second home in the exclusive Los Angeles enclave, so appropriately, her first home is officially hitting the market.
For just $3.9 million, you can own Jenner's "starter home," a two-story, 4851-square-foot residence that comes equipped with a pool, a courtyard, seven bathrooms, and five bedrooms. One would think that Kylie—who lives by herself—could downgrade, but her new home is nearly twice the size of this one.
Still, Jenner's former, Tuscan-style mansion is nothing to sneeze at. According to real estate agent Tomer Fridman, the house has been "extensively redone from the backyard through the interiors. It's a total showplace." Other features include an expansive kitchen, a private movie theater, a three-car garage, and the requisite gated entrance, perfect for keeping the pesky paparazzi at bay. And what would a Jenner home be without closet space so big it could double as a guest home?
It's important to note that Jenner purchased the home for just $2.7 million in 2014, but after extensive renovations, she increased the value by over $1 million. It looks like we can officially add "real estate mogul" to the ambitious teen's growing list of accomplishments.
