Actress Lucy Hale (who you might remember from a little television show called Pretty Little Liars) recently put her Los Angeles home on the market and you're going to want to take a tour of the luxe property.
The 3880-square-foot home located in Studio City was listed for $2.498 million in June 2019, according to Homes.com. A relatively new property, the home was originally built back in 2004. It boasts four bedrooms, four bathrooms, multiple living spaces, a private pool, and views of the canyon, the hills, and the city below (no big deal).
A Spanish-style home, the exterior features terracotta roofing and smooth white walls. Inside, the home is filled with decidedly rustic design elements more reminiscent of a farmhouse or countryside chic style. Think natural hardwood floors, exposed wood beams on the ceilings, antique-inspired pendant lights in the kitchen, and open wood shelving throughout the home.
Outside in the serene backyard, the home returns to its more European-inspired design. There, you'll find a long rectangular swimming pool fit for laps surrounded by greenery that overlooks rolling hills.

Upon first entering the Spanish-style home, you'll be greeted with thick exposed wood beams that draw the eye upwards towards the tall ceiling. Light hardwood floors contrast with the white walls and staircase that sit beneath a large metal chandelier. It's quite the entryway and it unexpectedly leads downstairs to more living areas.

A small staircase takes you down a just a few steps into a living room that's filled with cozy décor. Two striped couches sit facing one another across from a roaring fireplace surrounded by subtle, white tile. Largescale art takes up most of the wall space in the light-filled living room that includes multiple sets of French doors to let in that Southern California sunshine. Additionally, two small, asymmetrical coffee tables are situated between the couches, perfect for displaying decorative items and books.

The dining room features a striking chandelier to hang above the table and serve as the focal point of the room. A potted fiddle leaf fig and a few pieces of artwork are also found in this welcoming space filled with natural light. French doors open up directly out to the backyard where an expansive view of lush green hills awaits.

The rustic, farmhouse chic kitchen features herringbone white tile floors to add texture and contrast the dark gray walls. A long wooden table sits in the middle of the space underneath a pair of vintage-inspired pendant lantern lights. White cabinets match the floors while a number of other wooden elements, like the indoor window shutters and decorative cutting boards, hung on the wall, complement the crisp color.

On the other end of the kitchen, you can see a rustic range hood above the stainless steel oven as well as open shelving created by simple wood beams. It all fits in with the rest of the home's decidedly countryside chic décor.

This bedroom isn't as opulent as you might expect, however, it offers plenty of space and a lovely view of nature outside. Neutral wall and flooring ground the space and allow elements like the chevron striped dresser and hanging rope mirror to speak for themselves.

In the primary bedroom, a luxurious fireplace sits in the corner. In true Los Angeles form, a large amethyst crystal sits nearby to promote good energy.
The term “Primary Bedroom” is now widely used to describe the largest bedroom in the home, as it better reflects the space’s purpose. Many realtors, architects, interior designers, and the Real Estate Standards Association have recognized the potentially discriminatory connotations in the term “Master.” Read more about our Diversity and Inclusion Pledge.

Out in the backyard, a small lap pool is surrounded by a perfectly manicured lawn. While it's a relatively small space, there's plenty of room for a few lounge chairs, a lemon tree, and European-inspired ivy on the wall. Plus, the view alone is enough to make you want to sit outside in this space all day.
