Old Manhattan is endlessly fascinating to us... There's so much history and so many beautiful homes with exceptional period details to admire. However, there are plenty more that have fallen by the wayside. Architect Peter Pennoyer and interior designer Shawn Henderson took one of these buildings—an 1850s Greenwich Village townhouse—and gave it a new life with careful architectural remodel and rich furnishings that feel a bit turn-of-the-century-meets-modern.
