Melanie Brown, also known by her monikers Mel B and Scary Spice, has been trying to sell her Hollywood Hills mansion since last year. The former Spice Girl and American's Got Talent judge listed the property for $8.9 million in 2017 then lowered the price to $7.5 million in April, the Los Angeles Times reports. Struggling to unload the property, she's lowered the price down once again to $5.6 million, according to Variety.
Despite being on the market for over a year, the Los Angeles property is brimming with stunning contemporary details and a prime location to boot. The four-story home was built in 1928 and redesigned in 2016. It boasts a wide-open floor plan and expansive windows that let in an abundance of natural light. Throughout the 4600-square-foot abode, you'll find lavish living spaces, a modern kitchen, bar, recording studio (naturally), theater, game room, and a personal gym. The master suite is just one of four bedrooms found in the house and features high ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows.
Most notably, each level of the home offers a terrace, balcony, and patio spaces, allowing residents to properly enjoy the beautiful L.A. climate. In the backyard sits a large swimming pool, dining area, and plenty of space for entertaining. Get a full look inside Scary Spice's former home below.
