When you're surrounded by the magical light of Montauk, it's all about maximizing your home to let as much of it in. That's exactly what hotelier and nightlife entrepreneur Jayma Cardoso did with her beautiful beach abode. When the Surf Lodge founder began renovations on her "fixer-upper," she replaced all the small windows with massive ones, some even taking up the entire living room wall. Local architect Michael Foley and interior designer Daun Curry created a rich, layered mix of texture and neutral colors for a super-relaxed beach house vibe. “I just wanted texture and colors and space that felt like a beach house, where you don’t really feel like you have to take your shoes off to walk in,” she says.
