Miranda Kerr and Snapchat CEO Evan Spiegel tied the knot May 27 in the backyard garden of their California home. Since then, the internet has been eagerly awaiting a minor glimpse of what was sure to be a gorgeous ceremony—a fact that was finally confirmed yesterday.
The model opened up to Vogue about the details of her intimate wedding, which included just 45 of their closest friends and family, as well as her custom-designed Dior Haute Couture gown. She then took to her personal Instagram to share photos from the day, thanking Dior and Artistic Director Maria Grazia Chiuri for her "dream wedding dress" in one and captioning an adorable shot of her and Spiegel with "Such a magical day" in another.
As for the ceremony itself, privacy was paramount for the famous couple. A white canopy draped over the garden to block any helicopters or drones, and a social media ban was established for the entire ceremony and reception (including Snapchat). The bride entered to Arvo Pärt's "Spiegel im Spiegel," which was both a longtime favorite of hers, as well as a nod to her new last name. While Kerr reportedly did an hour of yoga in the morning to assuage any pre-wedding jitters, she still cried while reciting her vows.
The entire bridal party consisted of Flynn, Kerr's 6-year-old son, who served as the ring bearer and joined his mom and new stepfather for the first dance following the ceremony.
