The Obamas have certainly kept busy since leaving the White House in January of this year. The family has hit Palm Springs; Florida; Richard Branson's private Necker Island; French Polynesia to check out The Brando, an exclusive resort only accessible by boat; and Tuscany, Italy, all before May. And this week, Barack, Michelle, Sasha, and Malia were spotted in Bali, Indonesia, doing a host of both fun and cultural family activities. The trip was likely inspired by the former president's brief time living in the country as a child.
As Business Insider reports, the family is staying at the $2500-a-night Four Seasons hotel but has been spotted bouncing around the southeast Asian island. Follow the famous family's adventures below:
This past Saturday, June 24, the Obama family was spotted walking through a field near the stunning Jatiluwih rice terraces in Tabanan.
On June 27, the family visited the Tirta Empul Temple at Tampaksiring Village in Gianyar, which is famous for its holy water. Sasha, Malia, and Michelle (not pictured) all donned matching yellow sarongs.
That same day, the entire family was spotted white water rafting on Ayung River in the Bongkasa Village.
Today, the former president and his family just arrived at the Buddhist temple Borobudur in the city of Magelang.
