Despite being California natives, Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen are as New York as it gets, and their former penthouse in the West Village is exhibit A. The sisters purchased the enormous 6000-square-foot space at One Morton Square for $7.2 million back in 2009 and promptly sold it for $7.7 million just one year later, reports Curbed. Per the updated Douglas Elliman listing, the penthouse is back on the market for a casual $25 million—a price tag that's justified by the sculptural 1000-bottle wine fridge, wood-burning fireplace, and marble bathroom complete with a clawfoot bathtub and spacious mirrored shower. While the most recent owners decorated the space to their liking, the wood floors, floor-to-ceiling windows, and panoramic city views make it easy to see why the Olsen twins had to have this penthouse.
