Oprah Winfrey. What hasn’t the woman done? She’s a talk show host, actress, producer, philanthropist, and even a farmer. And now it seems she may adding rancher to her résumé. Architectural Digest is reporting that Winfrey has scooped up a $28.9 million ranch house in Montecito, California. The 23-acre property, known as Seamair Farm, includes a koi pond, an avocado grove, rose gardens, and equestrian facilities. Seamair was built in 1955 by architect Cliff May. The single-story house is one of the largest farms in Montecito, and it has beautiful views of the Pacific Ocean and Santa Ynez Mountains. The 4750-square-foot house has five bedrooms, four bathrooms, three fireplaces, and a wine cellar. There’s a beautiful pool, two outdoor fireplaces, a carport, a stable, a barn, and a horse trainer’s house. Check out some images of the pretty property below.
