Following the news of their engagement, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have released their official engagement portraits. As E! News reports, the photoshoot took place earlier this week at Frogmore House, a 17th-century English country house, half a mile south of Windsor Castle.
Alexi Lubomirski did the honors, adding the royal couple to his impressive photography portfolio, which includes the likes of Angelina Jolie, Gwyneth Paltrow, Julia Roberts, Kristen Stewart, Reese Witherspoon, and more. "I cannot help but smile when I look at the photos that we took," wrote Lubomirski on Instagram.
Kensington Palace first released the full-color photo of Prince Harry and Markle around 4am this morning on Twitter, following it up with two more black-and-white shots of the happy couple. "Thank you so much for all of the wonderful comments following the release of Prince Harry and Ms. Meghan Markle's engagement photographs," they added. "The couple are so grateful for the warm and generous messages they have received during such a happy time in their lives." See all three stunning engagement photos below:
