I should begin by being honest—I am a summer lover. Summer is undoubtedly my favorite time of year, with its late, humid nights and dips in the pool and burgers roasting away on the grill. But this year, when the night started arriving a little earlier and I began getting stuck behind school buses once again, I found that I wasn't as upset as usual. I was actually beginning to welcome fall for the first time, feeling more hopeful than saddened to release the summer season and see all of the joy that autumn could bring.

As a self-proclaimed home décor lover (and decorating-obsessed), I, of course, took the changing season as a sign to do some redecorating. I resonate with the warm tones that come with fall decorating, excitedly welcoming deep ambers and toasty browns into my décor scheme.
