Actress Rooney Mara is looking to part ways with her "midcentury masterpiece," as Trulia calls it, in Los Feliz Oaks, and we wish we could afford to take her up on her offer. As the real estate site reports, Mara just re-listed the two-bedroom, two-bathroom home for $3.45 million, lowering it from $3.9 million back in May of 2017. The home, built in 1963, is a true midcentury gem complete with paneled floor-to-ceiling windows, a tiled fireplace, and wooden shelving. It features an open floor plan that "blends steel, glass, and terrazzo" to create a "welcoming vibe that epitomizes California style." True to its midcentury-modern aesthetic, the home is brimming with stylish indoor plants, massive Aztec-inspired rugs and throw pillows, and wooden furniture.
