Selena Gomez Takes a Shot of This Every Morning To Soothe Inflammation

It seems that James Corden's famous carpool karaoke sessions have a way of making celebrities open up. Corden was joined by "Hands to Myself" singer Selena Gomez, who belted the above track along with "Same Old Love," "Come and Get It," and a Taylor Swift classic "Shake It Off" with the comedian.

But amid all the singing and an impromptu roller coaster ride, Gomez revealed her extremely simple, five-second morning ritual. "I like ginger shots," she admitted. "I actually like to eat a piece of ginger every morning. It's so good." While Gomez claims that the shot "[kills] all of the bad things" in your system.
