Located on a charming street in Los Angeles’ Los Feliz Village, the home of designer Christos Prevezanos’ client is a perfectly proportioned space. “The apartment is a sunny one-bedroom with fantastic bones and traditional details that make it feel deceptively larger than its 700 square feet,” the designer shares. “It’s a small apartment, but the space never feels cramped.” Using visual tricks and techniques, as well as incorporating clever storage and multipurpose furniture, Prevezanos was able to create a cohesive, stylish space that feels anything but small.
