You'd Never Guess This Dreamy, Bohemian Oasis Is an Office—Step Inside

Updated 03/26/18

We can't imagine ever having a high-stress day if we worked in Spell and the Gypsy Collective's light-drenched office. The Australian fashion label's Byron Bay HQ mirrors everything fans love about its unique designs: It's stylish yet laid-back, bohemian, and inspired by exotic travel destinations. "We drew inspiration from our travels around the world, from Marrakesh and Santorini to New Mexico, especially in the rendered stone surfaces which soften an otherwise relatively industrial space," co-founder Elizabeth Abegg told Vogue Living.

Take a tour of its gorgeous open-plan office for a lesson in serene coastal interior styling.

"Wellness and sustainability are woven into the DNA of our office culture. Some days you'll find girls setting up for a yoga class in the wellness room, or you'll find homemade beeswax wraps on the kitchen bench for everyone to use. We have a strong culture of nurturing and creativity, and we like to inspire one another to be our best selves every day," the pair told Vogue Living.
