When pro surfer Strider Wasilewski isn't chasing waves across the globe, he's enjoying the coastal views from his beach house in Malibu. The stunning open-plan home, aka "the barn," is located on Wasilewski's childhood stomping grounds, Point Dume, and he lives there with his wife, Lily Harouche, and their three young sons. The star of the house is the living room, which is basically one big space with 18-foot ceilings and gigantic windows that flood the room with natural light. Well, when you live on the beach, you want to let in as much of that sea air as possible, right? Scroll down to see more of this stunning home through photos by Trevor Tondro for The New York Times.
