Sundays are always bittersweet. It's still the weekend, but as evening approaches, it's as if you can see Monday morning rearing its ugly head just over the horizon, expression heavy with the disappointed look a grade school teacher once gave you when you forgot to do your homework.
Jumping into the workweek feeling ill-prepared or without a plan never feels good, and usually sets you up for five days of dissatisfaction and slacking productivity. As listless as our relationship is with Monday mornings, it's when we should be hitting the ground running, ready to take on the workweek.
