Taco Bell’s slogan is "Live Más," which translates to "live more" in Spanish, and the fast-food chain recently announced plans to do just that. The Atlantic is reporting on Taco Bell Cantina, a new restaurant concept from the taco conglomerate that will debut in Chicago and San Francisco later this month. The drive-through–free cantinas will serve alcohol, have open kitchens, and use technology to create an entirely new experience. Taco Bell hopes to attract more millennial diners, who prefer to eat at competitor Chipotle. Although no menu items have been revealed yet, Taco Bell Cantinas will have artwork by local artists, beer, wine, and, at the San Francisco location, a mobile-pickup window. Taco Bell’s parent company, Yum! Brands, plans to add 2000 U.S. locations by 2022, so if the concept is successful, it’s safe to say that more cities may soon be home to Taco Bell Cantina.
