After four months on the market, Taylor Swift has finally sold her Beverly Hills estate for $2.65 million, the Los Angeles Times reports. Though the home sold for $300,000 shy of her original asking price of $2.95 million, Swift still made a casual $850,000 on the sale—she purchased the home for just $1.8 million back in 2012. The four-bedroom, four and a half bathroom home covers a sprawling 2950 square feet, but Swift used it strictly as a guest house. We assume that the new owners are huge fans of midcentury modern design.

Unlike the down-home girl-next-door image Taylor Swift used to portray through her music, the singer's real estate portfolio is anything but modest. As Trulia reports, Swift is looking to unload yet another one of her Los Angeles homes, putting her midcentury Beverly Hills estate on the market for $2.95 million. She purchased the home for $1.8 million back in 2012 and is now poised to make over $1 million on the sale.
The 2950-square-foot home is a true midcentury masterpiece. Built in 1959, the one-story home "fully embraces the modern style of Hollywood during that period," writes the real estate website. The home is peppered with skylights, fireplaces, and wood-beamed ceilings, in addition to floor-to-ceiling windows and a private courtyard in the garden. Swift also enjoyed a gourmet kitchen, breakfast nook, 1000-bottle climate-controlled wine cellar, separate office, swimming pool, and sprawling patio during her six years in the home.
