Taylor Swift has just purchased another TriBeCa townhouse at 153 Franklin St. for $18 million, Apartment Therapy reports. With that, the pop star has invested nearly $40 million into a single New York City block, with her first penthouse just sitting next door at 155 Franklin Street. There's no word yet on whether Swift will sell the first place, which she bought for $20 million in 2015, or combine the two homes into a massive city sanctuary. The new place is a 27-foot-wide, three-story, 5100-square-foot townhouse built in 1915 and features "exquisite top to bottom renovation by famed architect/designer Leopoldo Rosati," explains the Zillow listing. With four bedrooms, four and a half bathrooms, a gym, a spa, a steam bath, antique French wide plank oak floors, radiant-heated limestone floors, and a plant terrace, we assume the home is up to Swift's standards.
