"Staying motivated to perform your workouts comes from within," says Jacqueline Kasen, Body Architect and certified personal trainer at Anatomy Fitness. Her advice for following through with workout plans while traveling? Start early. "Set a time early in the morning, before everyone is awake," she says. "By getting it in early, you will start off the day feeling accomplished." Plus, you'll be less distracted by other people and plans first thing in the morning.
