These Wellness Bowl Recipes Are Like Eating Dessert for Breakfast

No matter how old I get, I can’t shake my mother’s insistence that “breakfast is the most important meal of the day.” And, the older I get the more I realise she was right. While coffee definitely serves as a fast-acting jolt each morning, a nutritious, balanced meal before a busy day is the best way to ensure peak performance and avoid the all-too-common afternoon slump.

Thankfully, wellness powerhouses P.E Nation and WelleCo have collaborated to make clean eating so much easier with their lunch of a 14 Day Reset Challenge eBook. Featuring a variety of recipes and pilates work outs each day, you’ll be provided with a two week thought-free regiment that will have you glowing. Pip Edwards perfectly summed up the aim of the challenge: “We all need a little pick-me-up, we even need a little kick-start and I feel like 14 days doesn't seem too scary, it's realistic and doable and is enough time to feel a change."

For a sneak-peek into what the challenge will look like, read on to see two of the recipes below, and to be honest, they taste as good as dessert—meaning we have something to look forward to even on a Monday morning.
