We last spoke with Whitney Port about her new tableware collaboration with Cheeky and her refreshingly honest thoughts on pregnancy. But if her stunning gender-neutral baby shower atop the SIXTY Beverly Hills Hotel is any indication, it appears we have a lot to catch up on. Together with her husband Tim Rosenman and 50 of their closest friends and family, the couple celebrated the imminent birth of their first baby this past Friday (without a stork or pastel color in sight, no less).
The event, thrown by Port's sisters and mom and hosted by Amazon Baby Registry, was a testament to the family's good taste (and living proof that baby showers don't have to be kitschy). The space was left mostly as-is, save for gorgeous flower arrangements, lantern candle holders, gold-flecked baby napkins, and a table filled with gifts. Dinner was as casual as the event itself, with guests noshing on PureGrowth Organic popcorn, charcuterie, artisan barbecue, Port's favorite ice cream sandwiches, and an understated cake emblazoned with #babyrosenman.
