2 oz. Casamigos Blanco tequila
4 oz. spiced apple cider
Juice of 1 lime
1/2 tbsp. agave nectar
Rosemary and apple slices, for garnish (optional)
Combine tequila, spiced apple cider, lime juice, and agave nectar in cocktail shaker with ice. Pour into glasses and, if desired, garnish with rosemary and apple slices.
Add coconut cream and maple syrup to a medium bowl, and mix with an electric mixer for about 2 minutes, or until coconut topping reaches stiff peaks. Set aside.
Add rum, amaretto, coconut milk, ice, pineapple, and cinnamon to a blender, and blend on high for about a minute, or until smooth.
Pour piña colada into 4 glasses, top with coconut cream topping, and garnish with a sprinkle of cinnamon.
Christmas Wreath Cocktail
6 oz. Tito's vodka
6 sage sprigs
6 rosemary sprigs
2 tbsp. simple syrup
12 oz. sparking wine
1/2 cup cranberries
1/2 cup brown sugar, for rim garnish
Add vodka, 2 sprigs of sage, and 2 sprigs of rosemary to a mason jar, seal the lid, and allow to infuse for one week.
Rim flute glasses with brown sugar, drop a few cranberries and one sprig of each herb into all 4 glasses, and set aside.
Add chilled infused vodka, simple syrup, and chilled sparking wine to a pitcher, and stir till well combined. Pour cocktail liquid into each glass.
