In the study, 20 women spent a mere 10 minutes inhaling yuzu to evaluate the fruit’s calming effects. Turns out inhaling the aromatic oil can lead to a significant decrease in negative emotional stress. In fact, yuzu is considered to effectively alleviate a broad spectrum of negative vibes, from anxiety and depression to confusion and anger.
